The BBB’s records show how many complaints each manufacturer has received in the last 36 months. We recommend you check before buying a stairlift. Nobody’s perfect, but clearly some suppliers are trying much harder than others.

As stairlift is a product that can change a person’s lifestyle for decades to come, any consumer should be aware of how important choosing the right stairlift is as well as getting the decision right the first time. While some models may provide the flexibility of moving from one house to another, other models will only fit your home and are custom made allowing them to only fit your stairs.
